SMS Messaging Terms — Byte Me Dev Studio

This page is required. US carriers and Twilio's A2P 10DLC registration will not approve a messaging campaign without publicly accessible SMS terms and a privacy policy. Publish this at a real URL before registering.

The program

Byte Me Studios sends SMS messages about the products and services you signed up to hear about. Messages may include offers, appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you send us, and service updates.

Messages are sent by an automated system, and replies are generated by AI. You can reach a person at any time — see below.

You have to opt in

We send marketing messages only to people who have given express written consent to receive them. You give consent by:

Submitting a form where you checked a box agreeing to receive SMS, or
Texting our number first to start a conversation, or
Confirming to a Byte Me Studios representative that you want messages, at a number you provided

We do not message purchased lists, scraped numbers, or anyone who has not affirmatively agreed. If you are receiving messages you did not sign up for, reply STOP and tell us at bytemedevstudio@gmail.com — we want to know.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should generally expect no more than [N] messages per month, and typically fewer. Conversational replies — messages we send because you texted us — are not counted against that.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may. Check your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. You may also text STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.

Opting out is permanent on our side. Our system will not put you back on the list automatically, even if you text START later. If you genuinely want messages again, contact us at bytemedevstudio@gmail.com and a person will handle it.

Supported carriers

Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. Not all carriers are supported, and carrier coverage may change.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery is not guaranteed

We cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered. Do not rely on SMS from us for anything time-critical or safety-related.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled under our Privacy Policy. In short: we use it to message you, we share it with our telephony provider and our AI provider in order to send and generate messages, and we do not sell it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here before taking effect, and where required we will ask you to opt in again.
