Product 02 · $199 / month · founding price
A sales team of three, and none of them argue about the numbers.
Agents that find where your market is underserved, price something to fill it, text the people who asked to hear from you, and kill their own campaigns when the revenue says to.
Who's on it
Three roles, deliberately separated — the one who decides isn't the one who executes, and neither grades their own work.
The Chief
Reads what actually happened — messages sent, replies, sales, revenue — and decides what the crew works on. Never writes copy. Never touches a customer. Its entire job is deciding what to stop.
Prospect
Finds gaps: a specific group with a real unmet need, named concretely enough to sell to. Then designs and prices the offer, and makes it payable through Stripe.
Signal
Writes the messages and handles the replies. Writes variants that test genuinely different angles, so comparing them teaches something.
Why it adapts instead of just running
Most marketing automation optimises for what's easy to measure. Opens. Clicks. Replies. All of which can go up while your revenue does nothing.
This crew's scoreboard is a table of completed Stripe payments. Not an estimate, not attribution modelling — money that actually moved. Every campaign is scored against it, and a variant with a beautiful reply rate and zero sales is read as the failure it is.
That's the whole mechanism. It's not clever. It's just the number nobody can argue with, put in front of the thing making decisions.
Two versions of the same offer go out. The first gets more than twice the replies. It sells nothing. The second gets a third of the engagement and four sales. A system optimising for engagement scales the first one. Ours kills it.
It grows its own team, within limits
When the crew needs a skill none of the three have, the manager can add a specialist. That's the "self-replicating" part, and it's worth being precise about what it isn't.
- What it does Writes a job description for a new agent, which starts working the next cycle under the same rules as everyone else, sharing the same memory of what's worked.
- What it can't do Write code. Copy itself anywhere. Create accounts. Spend money beyond the keys you configured. Remove its own limits.
- Hard caps Eight agents maximum, three generations deep, one new specialist per cycle. Enforced in code, not requested in an instruction — the difference matters.
- And it prunes A specialist that stops producing gets retired automatically. The founding three never do, because a crew that fires its own manager can't recover.
The part you have to take seriously
This crew only messages people marked as opted in, and our code enforces that in three separate places. What it cannot do is verify a consent you claim to have collected.
In the US, unsolicited commercial SMS carries statutory damages of $500–$1,500 per message. If you upload a purchased list, that exposure is yours, and we'll terminate the account. We're saying this on the sales page rather than burying it in the terms because it's the single thing most likely to hurt you.
If you have a list of people who genuinely asked to hear from you — customers, sign-ups, enquiries — this works. If you're hoping to buy leads and blast them, we're the wrong vendor and you'll be happier elsewhere.
Getting started
This one we set up with you rather than selling as self-serve — it touches your customers with your phone number, and that deserves a conversation.

Built and tested; not yet deployed for an outside business. $199 is a founding price — locked for as long as you stay, and going up for people who come later. Being first also means direct access to us, and that you're helping us find the rough edges. If you'd rather buy something settled, wait a few months and we'll still be here.
